Product instructions and guidelines

The PEET® Dryer is designed for easy use and long service. When you follow these simple instructions and guidelines, the PEET Dryer will dry your footwear or gear safely and efficiently. Drying time depends on material and saturation.

Please note that these operating instructions are provided only as a convenience to our customers. For operating instructions that accurately describe correct product usage to meet warranty compliance, please refer to the printed operating instructions that came packaged with your specific PEET Dryer product.

Original PEET Dryer (M97), Wader PEET (M97-WMB), and Multi PEET Dryer (M06)

1. Assemble the Original PEET Dryer base by sliding together the base plates. (The Multi PEET Dryer base does not require assembly).
2. Secure the standard equipment Footwear DryPorts onto the PEET AirChamber tubes.
3. Place your footwear upside down over the Footwear DryPorts. Make sure the toe is higher than the heel so that the footwear will dry thoroughly. Loosen tongue and laces for a loose fit between the footwear and the AirChambers. This will allow air to circulate properly.
4. To turn on the PEET Dryer, simply plug it in.

The PEET Dryer will get warm, reaching its maximum temperature in 10 minutes, but it does not get hot. This product uses natural thermal convection technology; there are no fans or moving parts, therefore it will not blow hot air or make noise.

The PEET Dryer can dry footwear without damage to any type of material. Footwear and gear can be washed first, or simply dried on the PEET Dryer after wearing.

Important notes:
- Keep air vents at the back of the base free of obstruction.
- There must be at least 6 inches of clearance between the top of the footwear and the base of the dryer. This will allow warm air to move freely for proper drying.
- Do not place footwear or gear directly onto the AirChamber tubes without DryPort attachments. The patented PEET DryPorts are designed to circulate warm air through footwear, minimizing drying time and maximizing effectiveness. Failing to use DryPort attachments blocks proper air circulation, limiting the dryer’s ability to move air freely and may cause the product to overheat.
- Do not place the PEET Dryer close to a second heat source, such as a furnace register.

Advantage PEET Dryer (M07F)

1. Attach the standard equipment Footwear DryPorts onto the PEET AirChamber tubes.
2. Plug fan unit into outlet.
3. Locate the switch that indicates the choice of using heated air or room temperature air. Move the switch to the desired setting.
4. Rotate the dial to select the desired length of time for drying. The maximum time is 180 minutes or 3 hours. Time is displayed on the LED readout and will count down until time expires when the unit will automatically shut off.

Important notes:
- Keep air vents at the back of the base free of obstruction.
- There must be at least 6 inches of clearance between the top of the footwear and the base of the dryer. This will allow warm air to move freely for proper drying.

Go! PEET Dryer (M04P)

1. Open each dryer and place the dryers inside the footwear with the DC jack facing upward.
2. Plug the transformer or 12-volt adapter into the DC jacks on the dryers.
3. To turn on the Go! PEET Dryers, simply plug the transformer or adapter into an appropriate outlet.
4. Loosen the tongue and laces of the footwear for a loose fit between the footwear and dryer. This will allow air to circulate properly and dry more effectively.

The Go! PEET Dryers will get warm, reaching their maximum temperature in 10 minutes, but they do not get hot. This product uses natural thermal convection technology; there are no fans or moving parts, therefore it will not blow hot air or make noise.

The Go! PEET Dryers can safely be left plugged in and in your footwear overnight or until you are ready to wear them again, without any harm to the product.

PEET UV:
The Go! PEET Dryer uses ultraviolet (UV) light technology to break organic molecular bonds found in germs, viruses, bacteria, fungi (like molds), etc. No other air purification is more effective at neutralizing microorganisms than UV light. This component of sunlight is the main reason that microorganisms die when left exposed outdoors.

PEET Safe:
The Go! PEET Dryer uses Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heating technology to assure safety. PCT heating elements are small ceramic stones with self-limiting temperature characteristics. PTC stones are energy efficient and have fast heating response times that plateau once the pre-defined reference temperature is reached. This technology has been installed and set to a predetermined temperature that maximizes the effectiveness of the dryer and will not allow it to overheat.

Important note:
- Always use Dryers in the open position. The closed position is intended for travel only.

Hydration PEET Dryer (M09)

1. Place the Base & AirChamber on a flat surface
2. Fit the Water Exhaust elbow piece over the opening of the AirChamber
3. Attach the DryPort & Nosepiece over the opening of the straight part of the elbow piece
4. Plug into a household outlet. CAUTION: To prevent electric shock match the wide blade of plug to the wide slot and fully insert. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
5. Place personal hydration bladder/reservoir over the DryPort & Nosepiece.
6. For smaller bladders, slide the Nosepiece off the DryPort. Press down on the trigger and slide the bladder over the DryPort, making sure that the sides of the bladder are not touching it. Release the trigger.

Important notes:
- The personal hydration bladders should not have liquids still in them when placing them on the Hydration PEET Dryer. The dryer is designed to effectively remove residual liquid that’s left behind to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.
- Hydration PEET safely and quietly dries bladders/reservoirs in 2-3 hours.

SafeKeeping PEET Dryer (M10)

1. Place the dryer in the corner of the safe or cabinet with the AirChamber in the upright position. If desired, the dryer can be mounted to the floor or base of the safe or cabinet (never to the sides or ceiling). Fasten the dryer to the base surface by securing screws in the holes on the dryer’s base into the safe’s padding (not into the metal).
2. Route the cord through your safe wall or cabinet base. (Refer to electrical cord installation instructions below.)
3. Plug into a household outlet.

Electrical cord installation:
Included are 3 components: the electrical cord, the plastic plug housing and the prongs/holder. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before beginning installation.

1. Using the thumb and first finger on your dominant hand, grab the prongs. While squeezing them tightly together, grab the plug housing firmly between the thumb and first finger of your other hand. Firmly slide the housing away from the prongs.
2. Fold down both prongs away from their holder until you feel resistance and remove the electrical cord. Slide the plug housing off the cord.
3. Feed the cord through the wall of the safe or cabinet.
4. Replace the plug housing onto the cord and, with prongs still in their spread position, push the cord into the prong holder until it bottoms out.
5. Squeeze the prongs back together. Holding them firmly, slide the plug housing back over the prong holder until the holder is flush with the base of the housing.
6. Straighten prongs to their plug-in position.

PEET Ultra Dryer & Deodorizer (M08O3)

1. Plug the unit into a standard household 110VDC outlet. Both drying and deodorizing features will activate.
2. Place each of the Ultra Dryers into any pair of shoes, boots, skates or cleats (logo side facing up).

Important notes:
- The drying feature will remain on the entire time it is plugged in, as indicated by the red LED ON light.
- The Ozone Deodorizing Feature goes on for 5 minutes, as indicated by the blue LED light. It then turns itself off for 55 minutes. It repeats this cycle of 5 minutes on, 55 minutes off, every hour the unit is plugged in. If desired, once the blue light goes off, you can extend the Ozone Deodorizing Feature by 5 minutes by pressing the “O3” button on the controller.
- Use the Ozone Deodorizing Feature every day for best results.
- When the Ozone Deodorizing Feature is operating, a faint bleach-like smell may be detected. This is both safe and normal. It indicates the unit is working as intended.

PEET Deodorizer Module (M15O3)

1. Plug the power adapter into the 12 VDC power jack on the back of the PDM (PEET Deodorizer Module) base.
2. Plug adapter into a standard household 110 VAC outlet.
3. Make sure the 2 clear top vent caps are properly aligned (equally and straight), by gently turning them to the right if loose. They also lock down the O3 emitters in place. 4. Push down on the ON/OFF button and release. The blue LED light indicates the PDM is operating.
5. Slide the HIGH/LOW selector to the desired ozone setting. In HIGH mode, ozone is generated until the PDM is turned off. In LOW mode, the PDM cycles on and off generating ozone O3 50% of the time when the PDM unit is turned on. Best for use in occupied smaller rooms. LOW MODE is recommended for routine, moderate odor and for use in smaller spaces.

For direct footwear use:
Invert the PDM and insert the top vent caps at a downward angle into the footwear. O3 is heavier than air and will fill and treat the footwear.

For use with PEET Dryers:
Remove the top footwear supports. Slide the PDM onto the dryers 2 upright air tubes. Replace the footwear supports and any extension tubes on top of the PDM. Plug PDM into an outlet and follow steps 1- 4 above. Operate the dryer as normal. Unplugging or turning off the dryer does not shut off the PDM. Switch off PDM separately. For footwear taller than 6," add PEET Extensions placed above PDM and below footwear supports (sold separately).

For standalone use in rooms and spaces:
Place PDM on a tabletop, shelf, etc. It can also be wall-mounted. There is a keyhole located on the bottom center on the back of the PDM for hanging. For best O3 distribution, mount the PDM as high as possible.
