Our warranty
The PEET Dry Factory Warranty is valid for the term specified on the individual product packaging and commences with the date of purchase. It guarantees your product to be free from any defects in workmanship or materials, provided the dryer is used according to the Operating Instructions in the accompanying pamphlet. Your PEET Dryer product is guaranteed unbreakable in normal use for this same period. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees, expressed or implied. Under the terms of this Factory Warranty, your PEET Dryer will be repaired or replaced.
Peet Dryer will approve claims of product purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through peetdryer.com. The guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by disassembly, alterations, or modifications
This is a factory-direct offer only. Do NOT return your PEET Dryer to your dealer. Carefully package your PEET Dryer product with the following:
1. Your mailing address and telephone number including area code
2. Completed Merchandise Return Form
3. $15.00 (U.S. funds; do not send cash) to cover return shipping and handling

30-day money-back guarantee
For 30 days from the date of your original purchase from an authorized PEET Dryer dealer, PEET Shoe Dryer, Inc. will refund the purchase price, excluding taxes and freight, if your PEET Dryer product fails to operate as advertised. Upon repair or replacement of a defective PEET Dryer, the money-back guarantee will remain in effect for 30 days following shipment from the manufacturer. This guarantee does not cover return postage.
